The eight teams in the qualifiers are the quarterfinals of the Boys 14 division in the previous Aboitiz Cup.
The teams in Group A are BAST, University of San Carlos, Don Bosco Technical Center B, and Abellana National School, while the teams in Group B are Cebu Football Club, DBTC A, Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu, and Don Bosco Liloan.
On opening day, ANS will take on DBTC-B, while DBTC A takes on CFC Academy.
On Aug. 16, it will be USC-BED vs. BAST in Group A and DBTC-A vs. SHS-Ateneo de Cebu in Group B.
