The Bogo City Football Club is appealing for donation for one of its players who is set to undergo life-changing brain surgery.

In a post on its Facebook page, the club said its player Antone Nolasco was diagnosed with a mass in his brain, causing pressure.
“He is scheduled for surgery to remove the excess fluid and relieve the pressure. However, the mass itself cannot be removed because it is too large and carries a high risk of life-threatening bleeding. After this procedure, Antone will also undergo a series of chemotherapy treatments,” the club said. “We are humbly knocking on your kind hearts. Any amount you can give will help cover his surgery, hospital bills, and ongoing treatments. No donation is too small. Every peso matters.”
