Cebu FC is set for its second group stage outing in the Shopee Cup 2025-26 as they face Vietnamese champions Cong An Hanoi on Sept. 24, 2025 at 8:30 PM. Fans can catch the action live via the Philippine Football Federation Facebook page.
Head Coach Tomasito Glenn Ramos expressed his anticipation for the matchup during the official pre-match press conference.
“We are very excited for this match tomorrow against a strong team in Vietnam. We always expect tough competition at this level, but the team is ready. This is our second group stage game in the Shopee Cup, and we welcome the challenge. The boys are prepared and motivated to face one of the best teams,” said Ramos.
Midfielder Noah Leddel echoed his coach’s confidence, emphasizing the team’s determination to deliver a strong performance.
“Our target tomorrow, first and foremost, is to win. We respect Cong An and know how strong they are, but we also believe in ourselves. Our goal is always to win, to put in a good performance, to defend with our hearts, and to fight for each other,” Leddel said. “We want to show what Cebu FC can do on the Asian stage.”
Cebu FC currently sits in Group A of the Shopee Cup and will aim to build on their performance from the opening match as they continue their campaign on the continental stage.
