Dumanjug will take on Moalboal in an early clash of the favorites as the 1st Calderon Cup goes to Ronda on March 27, 2028. Dumanjug, which routed Ronda on opening day 99-77, will face Moalboal, a 79-57 winner over Alcantara on March 22, in the first game at 6 p.m. at the Ronda Sports Complex.

Cleveron Jay Fernandez powered Dumanjug in their home debut, scoring 27 points, while hitting 12 of 21 shots.
On the other hand, Moalboal leaned on Leo Talledo’s 15 points for their easy win over Alcantara.
Meanwhile, winless Ronda and Alcantara will face each other, hoping to put their campaigns back on track.
On Sunday, Group B Leaders Badian and Alegria will face each other in the first game, while host Ginatilan battles Malabuyoc.
Badian survived Ginatilan’s early onslaught to win, 92-77, at their homecourt on March 22, while Alegria defeated Malabuyoc, 91-85, in the first game of the tournament last March 21.
The Calderon Cup is Cong. Patsy Calderon’s grassroots sports development program for the 7th District and will also include sports clinics and tournaments for football and volleyball.
