AFTER finishing second in the elimination round, Jomar Jumapao stepped it up in the playoffs to win the February Bowler of the MOnth title of the Sugbuanon Bowlers United on March 2, 2025 at the SM Seaside Bowling lanes.

Jumapao, a former national team member, dropped 1,022 to finished second to Mark Hodgkinson in the Class A elims.
Jumapao started slow but hit it big in the middle rounds with 244, 220, 224, for his second place finish, while Aui Padawan scored 245 in the final round to take up third place.
In Class B, Celis Viloria took the top spot with 957, while Lemule Paquibut and Robert Sarvida took he next two spots with 891 and and 882, respectively.
In Class C, Kianne Cesar finished first with 909 while 83-year-old Bebie Majuro got second place with 897.

In the semifinal round, Cesar took the top spot with 218, while Jumapao finished second with 207. Padawan dropped 194 and settled for third place, while Viloria and Paquibut had 186 and 164 to finish at fourth and fifth places, respectively.
In the final round, Cesar lost steam and settled for 169, while Juamapao had an impressive 223 to secure his spot in the grand finals.
