ASIDE from sweeping the men’s and women’s open divisions, the Lapu-Lapu City Heroes Football Club also three runner-up finishes in the U13, U11 and U9 divisions of the Patid Para Sa Kapatid at the MABES Oval last month.
Their U13 team, made up of Wil Jacob Rom, Sean Cabiara, Mark Eurey Singh, Karsten Dayrit, Patrick San Lucmong, Gab Yap, Zacc Roshan Lomadilla, Prince Emmanuel James Salazar, Ysabella Anne Sulib, Kerge Pilapil, and Gurman Kumar Sheetak, finished second with a 1-2-1 win draw loss record. The team defeated Mabes 2-0, and had scoreless draws with the Marigondon Kickers and Opon FC and a lone loss to La Salle.
In the U11 division, the Lapu-Lapu City Heroes had an impressive four-win, one-draw record to finish second with wins over MABES 1-0, Opon FC, 1-0, Heroes B, 2-0, and the Marigondon Kickers, 3-1, with its lone draw with Look.
The team is composed of Asriel Josh Heredia, Rua Hoshino, Zane Jaius Herbito, Mark Daniel Bacla-an, Kenshen Vocal, McJohnston Singh, Kenzo Vocal, Spencer Sven Lomadilla, Devin Jasper Gildo, Toa Hoshino, Kyle Nakagawa, and Zacc Roshan Lomadilla.
Meanwhile, its youngest squad–made up of McJohnston Singh, Spencer Sven Lomadilla, Shunta Miura, Niño Miguel Lumibao, Ziron Padilla, Daren Himaya, Seth Daniel Gacrama, John Thyrone Sky Augusto, Kenzo Vocal, Xavier Cyn Arong, Julian Clark Rustia, and Niko Ibasco also finished second in its group after another impressive showing.
