The Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway was lit green last night and will again be illuminated green tonight to mark the victory of De La Salle University’s Green Archers in the recently concluded UAAP Season 86 men’s basketball tournament.
CCLEC is a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, which is headed by Rogelio “Babes” Singson, a former public works secretary who currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of De La Salle University.
