IT’S the battle of the Bosconian teams as Don Bosco Technical College A and Don Bosco Liloan arranged a final showdown in the U16 Domestic qualifiers of the Cebu Regional Football Association at the Dynamic Herb Football Stadium.

DBTC A, which had an extended break as it played in Indonesia, outlasted Abellana National School, while Don Bosco Liloan defeated University of San Carlos-Basic Education Department.
Johann Ryle Canarias got DBTC’s lone goal in the 30th minute for their 1-0 win over Group A winner ANS in the first semifinal match.
In the second semifinal, Juffrey Abrio gave Liloan the lead in the ninth before Savio Bastian Lanozo evened things out in the 14th minute.
Both squads pressed for an advantage before Serge Angelo Dingding got DB Liloan ahead in the 78th and Abrio scored his second in the 86th for an insurance goal.
With the victory, the two Bosconian teams will fight it out in the final on Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. and for the right to represent CRFA in the regional eliminations later this year.
