OCTOGENARIAN Dory Enoveso bowled her way out of Division C after winning the March edition of the Sugbuanon Bowlers United monthly tournament last April 6, 2025 at the SM Seaside Bowling Center.

Enoveso, who is 83, finished on top of the elimination round with 914, after scoring a high of 188 in the fifth frame. Macrae Lim finished second with 900, tallying 192 and 190 in the second and fourth rounds, while Richard Turner topped Class A with an impressive 1,033, breaking 200 in the first two frames.
Egay Alqueza finished second in Class A with 1,003, scoring a high of 194 in Game 3, while Robert Sarvida and Rommel Calipay got the top two spots in Class B with 988 and 985 respectively.
Calipay got the crowd rolling in the fourth round after flirting with a 300 with nine straight strikes. However, a nine and a spare in the final frame had him settling for a 278.

In the semifinal round, Turner and Alqueza both rolled 158 and settled for fourth and fifth runner-up respectively, while Lim had 177 and got the third runner-up.
Calipay dropped 196 to settle for second runner-up, while Sarvida and Enoveso got the final spots with 215 and 212.
In the final, Enoveso scored 219 thanks to a healthy handicap of 53 to grab the title, beating Sarvida who had 196. With her latest win, the prolific Enoveso will now be promoted to Division B.
