The Lapu-Lapu City Heroes FC put on a strong display but just fell short and settled for the silver medal in the U10 division of the Cebu youth Football Cup 2026 at the Dynamic Herb Football Stadium on Aug. 29, 2026.
Bannered by McJohnston “TJ” Singh, Spencer “Pensor” Sven Lomadilla, Daren Himaya, April Tumulak, Yno Javen Nudalo, Zeus Tampus, and John Sebastien Gutladera, went undefeated in the group stage, blanking Look Girls, 9-0, and Toledo, 5-0, before squeaking past Look FC B, 3-2.
In the quarterfinal, Lomadilla and Singh tag-teamed their way to a brace each for an effortless 4-1 win over Giuseppe.
In the semifinal, Singh had a hat trick, while Lomadilla scored once as the team tallied a similar 4-1 win over Makati FC before eventually losing in the final to Sugbu Calidad, 1-0.
