The Palarong Pambansa Football Bubble tournament, organized by the Central Visayas Regional Football Association (CVRFA) and the Department of Education, has been moved to May 3 to 5 from April 25 to 27, 2022. The change was finalized when members of the CVRFA, led by its president Rodney Orale, visited Deped of Education regional director Salustiano Jimenez Jr.
The move gives more time for the four teams to prepare for the high school football tournament, Metro Cebu’s first since the pandemic started two years ago, and also gives the organizers more time to consolidate its list of partners.
The four teams expected to join the event are the Don Bosco Technological Center, Abellana National School, Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu and Don Bosco Boys Home.
The CVFA is appealing for help from the local football community and companies for help in staging the event by becoming its partner sponsor. Interested parties may contact the CVFA for more details on how they can help.
